We are extremely happy with our shutters and the service provided. Sarah visited us and we discussed options for our patio doors - lots of samples and good advice! Sarah has been our point of contact throughout.The shutters are really good quality and look as good I had hoped. Kevin installed them a few days ago, he was so meticulous, tidy and friendly - a pleasure to meet him. He explained how to clean the shutters and I even got a lambswool brush! We have just had a lot of revamping done on our house and blinds were a must. However having seen my daughters recently installed shutters by Everything Shutters, we were sold. I can't fault the service from Everything Shutters, everything was brilliant from start to finish. Sarah was very communicative and helpful throughout the process and everyone we met along the way was kind and friendly. We ended up getting our shutters ahead of the original schedule which was a bonus. When they did arrive to be fitted, Kevin and Dave were great at just getting on with the job without complaint. They left each room they worked in very clean and tidy.The shutters themselves are beautiful, the quality and finish is exceptional. We really could not have asked for a better service.

We have had Everything Shutters fit shutters on all our windows, with the last two windows being done today. David and Kevin did a great job doing the fitting, and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Sarah and Ryan have also been a pleasure to deal with, and we are just sorry that we have no more windows needing shutters! Updating my review to include photos of the bi-fold and trifold shutters that we have had installed recently (thank you, Frank! great job). The non-fold ones that had been installed a few years ago clearly have not aged with time and exposure to light - they still have the same beautiful natural wood colour that we love (perfectly matching the new shutters). When I opened the shutters this morning, I could feel the cold air that they had trapped behind them. We've noticed the same heat insulation effect in the summer, as the shutters help keep the house cool during heat waves. I know that the white painted shutters are very popular, but think again... the natural wood ones look fabulous, especially at night when they are closed

The shutters we had installed by Everything Shutters have completely transformed our living room bay window! We are close to a path and wanted something to give privacy in this room, which wouldn’t be as easy with curtains or blinds without having them shut all the time.On contacting Sarah to arrange an appointment she gave very helpful initial advice which was continued by Ryan when coming round to measure up, who also recommended the temporary blinds we used in the meantime. On their advice we opted for two tier shutters, giving us flexibility with both natural light and privacy.The good communication continued after ordering, with updates on timescales and fitting dates, which was within a reasonable timeframe.On the installation itself, Keith was very efficient and considerate when working, with the whole area looking immaculate afterwards! They also gave great advice on looking after the shutters, along with a special duster for this specific purpose.We are very pleased with the results and would thoroughly recommend Everything Shutters – we will certainly be contacting them again when we require shutters elsewhere!

Of the two quotes we received, Everything Shutters was the lowest, without the “sale” and flexible pricing scale offered by the other company.
